Two teams will compete in a 49 day challenge to earn points for their team. Teammates can earn points through a variety of fitness, nutrition, accountability and performance based actions including but not limited to workouts, nutrition adherence, specialty core burners, specialty Freestyle workouts, RESULTS, and the ultimate team finale on the summer sand! ***REFER A FRIEND FOR MEGA POINTS FOR YOUR TEAM***
